House Offer

P and I put down an offer on a home this morning after we were approved for the mortgage yesterday. I think the sellers have a couple days to accept it or not before we can move on with the home inspection. Below is a link to a virtual tour of the property. It’s actually almost right above the house we’re renting currently. We both really like the area and it’s an about the same 1 1/2 mile walk to work I have now. We’ll see how it goes…
